Discovery & Onboarding
Your Project Begins With a Conversation.
We schedule a consultation — via Google Meet or phone — to understand your goals, target audience, and requirements in depth. No assumptions, no templates. Just a focused discussion about what your business actually needs.

Following the consultation, we prepare a detailed proposal tailored to your project. Upon your approval, a 50% upfront deposit is required to formally initiate the engagement.

We then collect all necessary assets before a single line of design begins: domain and hosting credentials, high-resolution imagery, copy, logos, and branding guidelines. We do not commence design until all required assets are received in full.

Design & Architecture
A Mockup Built Precisely to Spec.
If you arrive with an existing design, we build it to exact specification — pixel-perfect, no interpretation. If a bespoke design is required, we craft a custom visual identity tailored to your brand for an additional fee agreed upon in advance.

A comprehensive visual mockup is presented for your review and formal sign-off before any code is written.

Important: Once the mockup is approved and the build phase commences, requests to alter the core layout, visual structure, or navigation architecture are considered new scope and will be quoted and billed accordingly. This policy exists to protect your timeline and budget.

Development & Refinement
Hand-Coded to the Approved Mockup.
We write every line of code from scratch — no templates, no shortcuts, no borrowed themes. Your website is built precisely as approved.

Our standard delivery window is 5 working days, beginning strictly from the date all required assets are received from you. Delays in content submission will extend the delivery timeline correspondingly. Timelines are never padded arbitrarily — they are a direct function of when we can begin.

To ensure complete satisfaction with the final product, revision rounds are included per package:

Deployment & Support
Final Approval. Your Site Goes Live.
Once final approvals are confirmed and the remaining 50% balance is settled, your custom website is deployed and live.

We stand by the quality of our code. All projects include 3 months of complimentary post-launch maintenance, covering any technical issues or bugs that arise directly from the work we delivered — at no additional charge.

Maintenance does not cover new feature requests, content changes, or third-party service issues. Those are handled as new scope engagements.

Project pricing covers only the services explicitly listed in your approved proposal. Any features, pages, or services outside the agreed scope will be separately quoted and billed before work begins.

Client-Provided Content
We do not provide content creation, image sourcing, or image editing services. All text, descriptions, and media assets must be supplied by the client. We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or copyright status of client-provided materials.

Third-Party Expenses
The client is directly responsible for purchasing and maintaining all third-party services — including but not limited to domains, hosting, SSL certificates, premium plugins, and payment gateway fees.

Payment Gateway Approvals
Technical integration of a payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) can be scoped and built. However, obtaining the legal, business, or operational approval from the payment provider is strictly the client's responsibility.

Timeline Responsibility
Our 5 working day delivery window begins only when all required assets are received. Delayed content submission directly delays delivery. We commit to our timelines — we ask clients to commit to theirs.

No service, feature, or deliverable shall be assumed or implied. Everything delivered is explicitly scoped in writing. This protects both parties and ensures there are no surprises at any stage of the project.
