Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EasyWeb Presence, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-coded web development services. Because our work involves highly specialized digital labor, time, and dedicated resources, our services are non-returnable and largely non-refundable once work has commenced.

By hiring EasyWeb Presence and paying the project advance, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

All web development projects require a 50% upfront advance payment to secure your spot in our development queue and initiate the planning phase.

1. a.Prior to Project Commencement: If you request to cancel the project before any strategy, wireframing, or coding work has begun, a full or partial refund of the advance may be issued at the sole discretion of EasyWeb Presence, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
2. b.After Project Commencement: Once development, coding, or structural design has officially begun, the 50% advance is strictly non-refundable. This covers the initial time, research, and labor invested by our team.

Either party may terminate the project at any point with written notice.

1. a.If the Client cancels the project before completion, the 50% advance is retained by EasyWeb Presence.
2. b.If the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation exceeds the value of the initial 50% advance, the Client will be invoiced proportionally for the additional completed work. The Client is legally obligated to clear this final invoice upon cancellation.

Once a website or backend feature has been completed, approved by the Client, and/or deployed to a live server, the final payment is due. No refunds will be issued for completed and deployed work.

Projects require active participation and feedback from the Client. If a project stalls for more than 30 consecutive days due to the Client's failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals, the project will be classified as "Dormant."

1. a.In the event of dormancy, EasyWeb Presence reserves the right to terminate the project.
2. b.No refunds will be issued for dormant projects, and any unpaid balance for work already completed will become immediately due.

For clients enrolled in our ongoing monthly Website Maintenance Agreement:

1. a.Maintenance plans are billed month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with a 15-day written notice.
2. b.No prorated refunds are given for the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid month, after which billing will cease.

Any funds spent on your behalf for third-party services—including but not limited to domain name registration, web hosting, premium plugins, software licenses, or API access—are 100% non-refundable.

The Client retains ownership of any domains or hosting accounts purchased directly in their name.

Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic design or layout does not constitute grounds for a refund. We provide two (2) minor cosmetic revision rounds during the project to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Any major structural changes outside the initial scope will be billed as additional services, not treated as grounds for cancellation.
